La Grange has a large very nicely laid out store! The staff was especially helpful! Found a great buy on clearance shoes!

Poor customer service!!! There were three employees there, one was assisting a customer, the other two were behind the counter. When I asked for assistance, the employee that was already busy had to tell the other two to help me. I got the impression "Brittany"didn't want to help me. I asked her about a certain perfume and she picked up one sample bottle, read it, then said"" No, we don't have it." Not even looking for it. Only 3 sizes of shoes I was interested in were in stock.
I am highly pissed off right now, went to buy my cousin some shoes for her field trip tomorrow and not only did the lady ignore us at checkout but she just threw the box of shoes in the bag. When we got home we didn’t think anything of it but now at 10:13 tonight my cousin goes to try on the shoes with the jeans she decided too wear, even though she tried one shoe on at the store.... and not only did they leave the security tag on the shoe but both shoes are different sizes. The employees are supposed to check that for you before they put the item in the bag. Needless to say an employee is going to get a piece of my mind when I take the shoes back tomorrow. I’m not going to mention her name on here but she was extremely rude. I can’t take the shoes back because it’s too late and her field trip is tomorrow morning. I’m very pissed off
