Imagine the discussion as we all go out to eat and my Mom mentions the flowers from my sister and I inquire about ours. "Our what?" The flowers we ordered were never delivered, there was never a follow-up call, and an opportunity to brighten my Mom's day was lost forever.
I will make it a point to never use or recommend this florist to anyone.
Very poor service. We placed a web order via their webpage and received a confirmation and everything. The sad part, the flowers ordered were for my Mom's 80th birthday.
