A wonderful bed and breakfast. While other b&bs seem to be scaling down these guys have stuck to a good formula- a great living place with finer accommodations and a wonderful catered breakfast. Can't go wrong staying here. Will be back.
We loved the quaint atmosphere and hospitality at Brendan House Manor! Ms. Brenda and Mr. Dan were so nice and accommodating for the entire stay. Whatever you do do not skip Ms. Brenda's breakfast! Amazing!

It has been several years since I stayed there, but I can't image it isn't every bit as wonderful. I had to travel to that area several times for work and it was always such a pleasure staying there. Brenda and Dan are about as nice as people can possibly be. And though I wasn't a big breakfast eater I looked forward to what Brenda had made for me before I had to hurry off to work. If I'm ever in the Austin area I will most definitely stay there again!

My wife and I just took a trip to La Grange and the nearby Painted Churches. We spent the night at the Brendan Manor and absolutely loved our stay. Brenda and Dan are so sweet providing a delicious breakfast and pleasant conversation. The Manor is located right next to the town square which is remarkably bustling on a Saturday morning (make sure to check out the farmers market and Prause Meat Market!). Brendan Manor proved to be the perfect place to end a long day of sight-seeing. I recommend exploring the house itself, when you get there. There are dozens of nooks and crannies waiting to be explored, and there is a lovely ivy-covered pavilion on the property which is perfect for dancing. The furniture is gorgeous--Dan has an eye for Victorian pieces and he has even refinished some. Truly, the Brandon Manor B&B is a hidden gem!
